The Upville 6 October compound in Egypt is an expansive residential and commercial development located in the 6 October City area of Giza Governorate. The project was launched in 2018, and is under development by the Arab Contractors Company. The compound will include over 6,000 residential units, commercial and retail space, a medical complex and several parks and green spaces. The goal of the project is to create a vibrant and modern community for residents, with an emphasis on sustainability and quality of life. The compound is expected to be completed by 2021.
