Sun Capital, a mega mixed-use development located in the outskirts of Cairo, has announced the launch of a new residential phase - Sun Capital 6 October.

Developed by Arabia Holding, Sun Capital spans over 1,700 acres and is located in 6th of October City, a rapidly growing suburb of Cairo. The development will feature a variety of residential, commercial and leisure offerings, including a mall, a park, a school and a hospital.
