Arabia Group, a leading real estate developer in Egypt, has announced the launch of a new residential compound in 6th of October City in partnership with Sun Capital, a subsidiary of Arabia Investments Holding.
The compound, also named Sun Capital, is spread over an area of 557 acres and will feature a range of residential units including apartments, townhouses, twin houses, and villas. The project is expected to be completed in four phases, with the first phase set to be delivered in 2023.
Sun Capital will offer a range of amenities and facilities to its residents, including a clubhouse, swimming pools, sports courts, and a commercial area with shops and restaurants. The compound will also feature green spaces and parks, providing a tranquil and serene environment for its residents.
