Sun Capital, the 10 billion Egyptian pound ($633 million) housing project by Arabia Holding and Misr Italia, has announced a new residential compound, Sun Capital 6 October, in West Cairo.

Sun Capital 6 October spans over 655,000 square meters, offering a variety of apartment options, from luxurious duplexes to cozy studios. The compound is divided into three different neighborhoods: East, West and Downtown.

The East neighborhood offers residential units overlooking one of the biggest parks in Sun Capital, while the West neighborhood is home to the project's educational facilities, providing residents with easy access to world-class education.

The Downtown neighborhood, located in the heart of the compound, features a pedestrian zone with shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as a central park that serves as a gathering spot for residents.

In addition to its residential units, Sun Capital 6 October also features a wide range of amenities, including landscaped gardens, swimming pools, a running track, a gym and spa, and a clubhouse.

The compound is located in 6 October City, a fast-growing area in the west of Cairo, and is easily accessible from the surrounding areas through various transportation routes.

Sun Capital is one of Egypt's largest residential developments and has been designed as a self-contained community, featuring commercial and retail spaces, healthcare facilities, parks, and schools, in addition to residential units. The project is expected to be completed by 2023.
