Sun Capital is a mega-development project located in the western part of Cairo, Egypt. The project is being developed by Arabia Holding, a leading real estate developer in Egypt. Sun Capital is spread over an area of 557 acres and is expected to have a total investment of EGP 16 billion.

The second phase of the project, which is currently under construction, includes 1,200 residential units, a shopping mall, and a hotel. The shopping mall will have a total built-up area of 100,000 square meters and will include a hypermarket, a cinema complex, and a variety of retail outlets.

The third phase of the project will include a hospital, a school, and a sports club. The hospital will have a total built-up area of 50,000 square meters and will have 300 beds. The school will have a total built-up area of 30,000 square meters and will accommodate 2,000 students. The sports club will have a total built-up area of 20,000 square meters and will include a variety of sports facilities.

The fourth phase of the project will include a business park, which will have a total built-up area of 200,000 square meters. The business park will include office buildings, conference facilities, and a variety of commercial outlets.

The fifth phase of the project will include a golf course, which will have a total built-up area of 1 million square meters. The golf course will be designed by a world-renowned golf course designer and will include a variety of facilities, including a clubhouse, a driving range, and a pro shop.

The sixth and final phase of the project will include a marina, which will have a total built-up area of 500,000 square meters. The marina will include a variety of facilities, including a yacht club, a marina village, and a variety of retail outlets.

Sun Capital is expected to be one of the largest and most comprehensive mega-development projects in Egypt.
