Arabia Group, one of Egypt's leading real estate development companies, has announced a partnership with Sun Capital to develop a new residential compound in 6th of October City, Egypt. The compound will be constructed on a land area of approximately 94 acres and will feature a mix of residential units and commercial spaces.

Sun Capital is a Dubai-based real estate development and investment company that has been active in Egypt since 2015. The company has developed several large-scale projects in the country, including Sun Capital City, a residential and commercial development that spans over 1,200 acres.

The new compound, which is yet to be named, will have over 3,000 residential units ranging from apartments to standalone villas. The development will also feature a wide range of amenities, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, sports facilities, and commercial areas.
