Egypt’s state-owned real estate developer, the Arab Company for Projects and Urban Development, has launched the new compound Aeon in 6 October city.

The project is spread over an area of 10,000 sq m and has a built-up area of 22,000 sq m, with 160 apartments and 28 shops. The residential units include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and each unit has a private parking space. The compound also features a swimming pool, a gym, a kids’ area and a barbecue area.

According to the company’s chairman, Samy Saad, the project is of high quality and designed to international standards, with a focus on functional design and the use of environmentally friendly materials. The compound is also easily accessible, located on the Cairo-Alexandria desert road, and close to various commercial and entertainment centres.

Sales for the project have already begun, with payment plans available for up to 8 years. The project is expected to be completed within 3 years, with delivery of the first phase within 18 months.
